1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Rising Bud Agro LLP(“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://risingbudagro.com website as well as any other media form, channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.
By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, proprietary blueprints, climate controller firmware code, training modules, audio-visual resources, logos, and graphics are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright, trademark laws, and intellectual property rights in India and international jurisdictions.
No part of the Site or content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.
3. Commercial Spawn & Products Supply
Rising Bud Agro LLP produces and distributes first-generation, lab-sterilized mushroom spawn (Oyster, Milky, etc.) and related farm equipment.
- Quality Assurance: All spawn is tested for viability and pure mycelium growth prior to dispatch from our Tumakuru laboratory.
- Biological Nature & Handling: Mushroom spawn is a live biological culture. Customers are responsible for inoculating substrate in a sterile environment and following our recommended storage and temperature guidelines upon receipt.
- Shipping: We partner with reputed express courier agencies across India. While we take every precaution to ensure rapid delivery, transit delays caused by extreme weather, courier logistics, or local strikes are beyond our reasonable control.
4. Training Programs & Consultations
Registrations for our practical 2-day mushroom cultivation workshops, virtual masterclasses, or on-site farm setups are subject to availability:
- Batch slots are confirmed only upon receipt of the designated booking advance or registration fee.
- Certificates of completion are issued to candidates who attend the full course and demonstrate competence in practical substrate handling and hygiene protocols.
5. Agricultural Yields Disclaimer
Mushroom cultivation is a biological agricultural activity governed by environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, CO2 levels), substrate sterilization quality, grower hygiene, and adherence to best practices.
While Rising Bud Agro LLP provides proven blueprints, high-yielding spawn, and automation devices, we do not guarantee specific harvest yields or revenue figures, as actual farm performance depends on environmental management by the individual grower.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Rising Bud Agro LLP, its partners, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tumakuru, Karnataka, India.
